Bruno Pacheco

Bruno Pacheco was born in 1974, Lisbon, Portugal, and he lives and works between Lisbon and London, UK. He studied Fine Arts – Painting at Faculdade de Belas Artes, University of Lisbon, and he graduated in Fine Arts at Goldsmith College, university of London. Awarded twice by the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation in 2000/01 and 2004/05. Since 2002 he participated in several solo exhibitions, one must highlight: Mar e Campo em três momentos (2012), Casa das Histórias Paula Rego, Cascais, Portugal; Uma história de Amor (2011), Chiado 8, Lisbon; ainda não (2009), Culturgest, Oporto, Portugal; We Did It / It’s True (2008), Hollybush Gardens, London; All together (2007), Culturgest, Lisbon; União Latina Award (2005), CAM – Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, Lisbon; and Slow Motion Project (part 2) (2002), CAM – Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, Lisbon.
