Fernanda Fragateiro

FERNANDA FRAGATEIRO (Montijo, 1962) lives and works in Lisbon. Fernanda Fragateiro’s multifaceted body of work explores the concept of space through all possible meanings and phenomenological manifestations, whether they may be architectural, sculptural, private and public, temporal and social. Her work reconfigures space through objects and urban interventions and in landscapes, transforming space, its perception and meaning. Through the different scales and supports, the work of Fragateiro maintains a defined style, born from a minimalist aesthetic of form, color and texture.
